The Pancake House is located at the Ayala Center in Cebu; the Ayala Center is one of the larger malls in Cebu comparable to the SM Mall. The Ayala Center seems to bring in an older middle class crowed compared to the younger draw of the SM Mall; I will be posting a story on Ayala Center very soon. I just finished eating at the Pancake House located at the Ayala Center, the food was enjoyable but the best part of the experience was the staff that seemed friendly and willing to serve. The Pancake House did offer bottomless coffee and a wide selection of food and if I had the need for Pancakes I would visit the Pancake House again. Have a great day and do something nice for someone without expecting anything in return.

Recently I had the pleasure to meet Alastair and Chef Tom part owners of the BLUE BAYOU Bar & Grill; I was hesitant at first when entering the place but soon was taken over by the New Orleans style home town BBQ joint. Al is not only a businessman but he is a business man with a heart; for the past 4 years Al has helped feed some of the homeless on Mango Street located in Cebu every Christmas; last year he had a fund raiser with customers of his other establishments and another partner named Graeme; they raised over 15,000 peso’s allowing them to give out 170 meals. Blue Bayou is now going on its third year and after tasting the food I know why; I have evaluated a few restaurants in my time but truly the food was fantastic. If you have time you absolutely should give Blue Bayou a try. God bless and try and do something nice without expecting anything in return. Bradleym

One of the better buffet restaurants located at Imperial Palace Resort and Spa on Mactan, Cebu City Philippines. The Restaurant has many different sections to satisfy all. THE OLD SPAGHETTI HOUSE

In the SM Mall at Cebu City Philippines I’m eating at The Old Spaghetti House; I ordered Lasagna to start but was told they don’t have any today, so I decided to stick with the old favourite spaghetti and meatballs. Looks like they only carry Pepsi products, I asked for a Coke but all they have is Pepsi. The service so far has been good and all the wait staff is polite; I just received the Spaghetti with meatballs, if you’re an American the portion is very small but it smells goooooood. So not to bad especially considering it only took 8 minutes to arrive and the mall is packed. So I would recommend the Old Spaghetti house if you have time; the service is good and the food arrived promptly. The location is directly across from Starbucks Coffee… which is where I’m headed after.
